    Clean first. Disinfect for the time on the label. The difference between a tidy room and a process that matches the claim.

    Hand hygiene

    Coached on the shift, including the moments where the usual sequence breaks.

    Precautions and the safety sheet

    Standard and transmission-based precautions, the order of putting on and taking off protective wear, and the sheet for every product in the cupboard.

    Contact time

    Staff watch a real room. If the surface dries early, the process is rewritten before another slide is added.

    The certificate

    It is a Sanifect Academy certificate. A regulator's mark is a different document. It lasts twelve months, then the roster takes it again.
