Standing retainer

A named specialist is already on the books. The cupboard, the roster, and the last plan are known before the hard week starts.

Visits are booked. The sequence does not wait for a phone call. Between visits the site keeps the owner, the check, and the written order.

01

What is put in place

The live sequence is rewritten in the words the roster already uses. The first visit writes the owner, the check, and the order the next shift can run. Training happens on site first, then in the academy. The test is whether the sequence still runs after we leave.

03

Where the duty stays

The approved provider keeps accountability. The standard stays in their name. Antimicrobial use stays with its clinical owner. A retainer adds a specialist who already knows the floor. It does not move the duty.

04

The commercial line

Where a product is named, it is named by its register entry, as one option among others. Who supplies the drum leaves the recommendation where the evidence put it.
