The list
Every disinfectant in use is matched to its register entry. Staff are asked which product is for which job, in the room, with the drum in front of them.

If the surface dries before that time, the process has failed, whatever the training record says. We watch one roster before we trust the paper.

When nothing should change
A chemistry that already meets the target stays. A change waits until the label, the evidence, and the shift agree.

Name the lead and the backup. Confirm the outbreak plan covers both respiratory illness and gastroenteritis. Keep linen and waste off the clean supply path.
