Who we are

Sanifect ICM was not built by one person. Tom Vasilevski, Nick Markovski and I spent years on opposite sides of the facilities management and cleaning industry in Victoria. We were competitors. Tom and Nick had an idea: cleaning for health. Not cleaning for appearance. Cleaning for the people who use the space. That resonated with me, because it was the work I had been doing all along. So we stopped competing and started building. Three people, three different histories, one standard.

Protecting the whole environment.

We spend a third of our lives at work. That environment should be as healthy as the home, maintained properly, and held to the standard it answers to, with the results verified. But every site also sits inside a larger environment: the life of the building, and the drains, waterways and aquatic life downstream of every washdown. Our approach is to put fewer chemicals into that system, not more. We disinfect where the setting genuinely calls for it, and we clean well everywhere else. That is not a compliance checkbox. It is a professional obligation.
