Zoning
Red, amber, and green for staff and residents, written before the next shift starts. Areas where the usual routine breaks get their own plan.

The clean
Touch points first. A whole-room treatment only when the assessment supports it, with a product the site can already defend.

The record
What was done, by whom, and what the next shift must hold. A hygiene trend records the work. Clearing a pathogen is a separate claim, and it stays off our certificate.
